Assured Future are going to be doing the Chilterns 3 Peaks Challenge this year along with a good friend ours, Janey from The Alexander Life.

The money raised will be going straight to the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home charity.
The route takes you through some of the most amasing countryside in the area including Whiteleaf Cross, Coombe Hill and Ivinghoe Beacon. Have a look at the routes on the 3 peaks website.
We are trying to get a good group of us along to raise much needed funds for this charity. If you are not able to attend personally then please think about sponsoring us. I will add a link once we get our just giving details from the charity.

Until now Director Level Employees or smaller companies have paid their life assurances out of taxed income.
If business have paid the premiums, benefit on death is taxed as if it were income. Larger companies introduced “Group” death in service cover – A highly tax-efficient way of providing life insurance.
Changes in legislation allow small companies to benefit by taking out “Relevant Life Policies”.
Policies can be written on an individual basis in small companies.
Lives assured should be Director/Key Worker level and be employed for at least one year.
The Tax Benefits are
- Payments are made by the company with no Benefit-in-Kind charge back to you.

- Tax Relief as a business expense depending on your individual circumstances
